#6 in Orchestration & Workflows

Visual, Python based builder for agents and RAG flows that can be exported as APIs or MCP servers.

Langflow is an open source (MIT) visual builder for AI agents and RAG flows written in Python. You drag components such as models, prompts, vector stores and an Agent component onto a canvas, test the flow in a playground, and then call it as an API. Flows can also be exposed as tools to MCP clients, so an assistant such as Claude Code or Cursor can run them.

The latest release on GitHub was v1.12.7 (October 21, 2026). Self hosting is free, for example with pip or Docker; you pay for the models and vector stores your flows call. Similar visual tools are Flowise, Dify and n8n, which suit no code builders; code first teams usually move to LangGraph or another framework when they need version control and tests.
